Lenpat Ltd support service that provides personalised care and support to adults living both in their homes and in supported living. We work with individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, medication support, companionship and wellbeing monitoring. Lenpat Ltd provides regulated care services both as a domiciliary care and accommodation service. Our service is regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and CQC, and the accompanying statutory guidance.

At Lenpat

We aim is to deliver safe, reliable and person-centred care that promotes each individual’s independence, dignity and wellbeing. We support people to remain at home for as long as safely possible by providing flexible care tailored to their personal outcomes and also with the provided accommodation (supported living). We are committed to ensuring that every individual receives care that is respectful, consistent, and delivered by competent and compassionate care staff.
We aim to achieve this by maintaining robust governance systems, ensuring regular oversight from the Responsible Individual, carrying out meaningful reviews of care, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Our Objectives

We operate under a management structure working to always support a broad spectrum of needs in meeting all of the needs of our individuals.

  • To provide care and support that reflects each person’s individual needs, wishes, routines and personal outcomes.
  • To ensure all care plans and risk assessments are accurate, up to date and reviewed at least every 12 weeks or sooner if needs change.
  • To maintain a skilled and competent workforce through training, supervision and ongoing competency assessments.
  • To monitor service quality through audits, reviews, feedback and incident analysis, feeding findings into our Quality-of-Care Review.
  • To ensure the Responsible Individual provides effective oversight, including quarterly visits, engagement with staff and individuals, and compliance monitoring.
  • To ensure safeguarding concerns are recognised, reported and responded to promptly.
  • To work collaboratively with families, advocates and health or social care professionals to ensure safe and coordinated support.

Assistance with washing, bathing, and showering
Assistance with toileting
Assistance with dressing and undressing, getting up, and going to bed
Take care of skin, hair, teeth, and nails, where appropriate.

Companionship
Listening and talking to people is regarded as an important part of delivering care. We can assist the client to keep in touch with their friends and relatives with letter writing, telephone calls etc.
Assistance with planning and shopping
Assistance with paying bills, pension collection etc.
Participating in fun activities- watching films, card games etc.
If required, we will support our individuals to access general health care services in the community, such as GP visits, physiotherapy, dentists and chiropodists
We will continually work with other multi-disciplinary teams to meet our individual’s needs.

Assistance with light cleaning and housework.
Assistance with laundry and ironing.
Looking after pets

Food preparation at the client's home.
Assistance with feeding.
