Your CV when uploaded is converted into various formats for our use only. These conversions are handled by an external data centre server stack. Once the conversion is complete your CV is then automatically deleted from that service. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, the data company has put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information. We may disclose your information if necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct or potential threats to the physical safety of any person. Disclosure may be required by law or if we receive legal process. If these servers are breached we are not responsible for this and cannot be held liable.
