We operate under a management structure working to always support a broad spectrum of needs in meeting all of the needs of our service users. Individual needs/aspirations and how they are to be met will be identified and recorded in their person-centered care plan. Should they wish, we will ensure they have their own copy.

Lenpat Limited offers care services from half an hour to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, in line with agreed needs; – Lenpat Limited currently offers 369 hours, aims to provide 600 to 1000 hours of care and support per week within the domiciliary division, and hopes to increase when applicable.
